This year is entirely dedicated to minimalism.
At the moment, we are still heavily focused on delivering the sandals from February and March and the Único orders from December and January – ideally before Easter.
We are not planning any big leaps this year, or at least that is the intention. However, the past few years have shown that something unexpected can always come up ;-). And of course, if we manage to complete one of the boot projects, that would still count as a major leap, wouldn’t it?
This is also because last year – from the 2024 to 2025 cycle – we already launched a great number of new things: the entire Alpini Kids line, updates to the classic barefoot sandal range, and in autumn the major new projects OverShoe 2.0 and Shell. In spring 2025, we then released the new sandal project EXTREMIUM with all its special features. In addition, we introduced the wider version of the Único barefoot shoe as well as corresponding accessory adjustments, such as the OverShoe 2.0 now also in extra-wide and a greater variety of soles.
For this reason, spring will be more characterized by smaller launches – more color variety, but also important optimizations to some barefoot sandal models are planned. Everything is happening in a continuous, fluid process.
However, my absolute passion project is the focus on the new “life boot” made from robust bull-neck textured leather. It will be individually configurable, with an aniline cowhide inner lining and, on request, a wool inner boot. It will come in two widths – perfect for especially demanding use in agriculture, work, or gardening. In addition, we also want to finally implement the Único boot cut this year.
In summary, the following is planned:
We are developing a durable “life boot,” made using traditional shoemaking methods such as flat-sole construction, with a triple-stitched leather shaft and particularly thick neck leather – designed for maximum durability without porous rubber or short-lived substitute materials. It will be complemented by a removable wool inner boot, making the boot suitable year-round for everyday life, work, and adventure.
Thanks to the higher last shape we expanded last year, we will be able to realize the Único as a mid-boot in the future. This requires new patterns, adjustments in the ankle-height lacing area, and new tooling. The ankle-high Único boot is expected to be completed by September – but it will definitely come.

- Color extensions for the EVO in blue and Sudan brown.
- Color extensions for the Alpini in fir green and “Gold Hofleder”.
- Optimizations to the EXTREMIUM model.
