Customer service (M/F) on mini-job basis (450€/ month) or in part time (limited) for the summer season 2020. We´re looking for a suitable person for our upcoming season, which will handle our customer service (telephone and emails), the chat and in some cases selling our sandals in the manufactory outlet. Our season for about 17 weeks during the year. You´d be directly with us in our headquarter in the industrial area north of Freiburg (Engesserstraße 3, 79108 Freiburg) . Our manufactory lies in the underground levels of the building with which you´ll be working closely together during the season. It would be beneficial if you knew how to use the internet as you´d be using a chat software, headset and the according project planning tools.
Your Tasks:
- Answering the telephone, helping with advice and support for our customers
- Support through chat service
- Answering email tickets
- Reception and sales in the manufactory outlet
You should bring:
- Organizational talent and a certain internet affinity
- The motivation to provide perfect advice and support for our customers
- Fast typing on a computer would be beneficial
- 100% reliability
- High working and stress capacity, Sales work can also be hard sometimes
- Good self-organization
