You can cancel this buying contract within 14 days without the declaration of any reasons for your decision in form of a text (letter, fax, mail) or – if you receive your order before the end of this cancellation period simply by returning the item. The time period starts after receiving this information in form of a text but not before the customer has received the item (in the case of multiple shippings of a multiple items from a single order not before the arrival of the first item of this order) and not before fulfilling of our disclosure duty as described in article 246 §2 in combination with § 1 section 1 and 2 EGBG. To make full use of your right to cancel you only have to send us your declaration of cancellation or the return of the item within the time period of 14 days.

In all different cases your return is free of charge. Items that can´t be packaged are going to be picked up at your address. The duty to refund the payments have to be executed within 30 days. This period of time with the moment you sent your declaration of your right to cancel or the moment you return the item, for us with the reception of it.
